Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your Orvessan package right to your door.
Product & Maintenance
How long do Orvessan bottles keep drinks cold or hot? Our vacuum-insulated bottles typically keep beverages cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours. Please check the specific product description for exact performance details.
Are your products dishwasher safe? To preserve the vibrant finish and the integrity of the vacuum seal, we recommend hand-washing your Orvessan drinkware with warm, soapy water. Many of our lids are top-rack dishwasher safe.
Do your bottles fit in standard cup holders? Yes! Most of our tumblers and slim-line bottles are designed to fit perfectly in standard vehicle cup holders and bicycle bottle cages.
Returns & Satisfaction
What is your return policy? We want you to love your Orvessan. We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
